<p>PURPOSE:To ensure the insulation between the primary winding and low-voltage bobbin of a small-sized transformer by wrapping a low-voltage bobbin with a flexible base on which thin strip conductors are deposited. CONSTITUTION:Thin strip conductors 31 with their ends connectable to terminal pins 32 are deposited in parallel on a flexible base 30. The flexible base is wrapped around a low-voltage bobbin 29 in a manner that the strip conductors are on the opposite side of the bobbin and along the bobbin axis. In this constitution, it is possible to design a small transformer since the thin strip conductors and low-voltage windings on the bobbin are insulated by the flexible base. The strip conductors 31 connect ends of low-voltage windings with terminal pins 32.</p> |
