发明名称 ROTATION DETECTING MECHANISM OF IMAGE CARRYING BODY
摘要 PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution near a connecting part and to constitute the above mechanism of a small space by coaxially positioning and connecting the detecting shaft of a rotation detecting means to the supporting shaft of an image carrying body with a degree of freedom. CONSTITUTION:A frame 17 is energized to a drum side by a spring 18 and is mounted movably in a range where the engagement with a slit is not disengaged on an encoder shaft 13. The movement of the frame 17 is regulated by contact of one end with a drum gear 4 and the other end is regulated by contact with a frame side plate 8 of the device body. Since the frame 17 is energized by the spring 18 in the state in which a process unit is not mounted and, therefore, the movement is regulated in the state of coming into contact with the frame side plate 8. The constitution near the connecting part is simplified in this way and the above-mentioned mechanism is constituted of the small space.
