PURPOSE:To make it possible to exercise biopsy surely an aimed part close to an inlet of a pipe cavity by providing a guide part on an apex of a treating part and facing easily and accurately the treating part to the aimed part. CONSTITUTION:A treating part 13 is provided on an apex of a sheath 12 and an operational wire 19 is inserted in the sheath 12. The treating part 13 is operated by pushing and pulling the operational wire 19 by an operating part 14 provided on a base end of the sheath 12. In addition, a guide part 23 is provided on the apex of the treating part 13. That is, when treatment and biopsy close to an inlet of a pipe cavity are performed, it is possible to position and fix the treating part 13 and to face easily and accurately the treating part 13 to an aimed part by inserting the guide part 23 provided on the treating part from an inlet of the pipe cavity in the pipe cavity and it is thereby possible to exercise biopsy surely the aimed part. |
