PURPOSE: To produce a compsn. excellent in shelf stability by suspending a vegetable or animal texture in oil or fat or homogenizing them and treating the resultant product in vacuum to remove a hydration medium. CONSTITUTION: A compsn. based on a vegetable or animal texture, yeast or a fermented product and a suspension medium having >=10C atoms such as oil, or fat are homogenized in a weight ratio of 1:0.2 to 1:1 at a temp. below room temp. and the resultant suspension is treated in vacuum at a proper temp. to perfectly remove water contained in the compsn.
