CONNECTING PIN DEVICE OF WORKING MACHINE LINK

A connecting pin device of a working machine link, which improves durability of a rigid-elastic ring to be fitted to a pin connecting portion and prevents the occurence of noise by eliminating a gap between the ring and the pin connecting portion. The device includes a V-shaped groove formed between opposed end surfaces of pin bosses, a ring main body (2), an inner member (3) coated with urethane on the inner peripheral side thereof, a pair of lip members (4) coated with urethane on the outer peripheral side thereof in such a manner as to come into contact with the groove and a mating portion cover member (6) coated with urethane at the mating portion thereof. A rigid-elastic ring (10) produced by molding integrally the ring main body and the members described above are fitted into the groove. A V-shaped molded surface (32) is formed on the inner peripheral side of the elastic ring (30) so as to be fitted to the groove and the elastic ring whose angle (Y) on the V-shaped molded surface is greater than the angle (X) of the groove is fitted into the groove.
