The proposed turbo-drill is intended for drilling deep and very deep oil, gas and test wells under complex mountain geological conditions. The turbo-drill comprises a high-speed shaft (6) carrying the turbines (7), a low-speed shaft (10) carrying the rock-crushing instrument (11), and a torque and rotation speed converter (12) for the shafts (13 and 14) connected to the corresponding shafts (7 and 10) of the turbo-drill. A turbine (22) is mounted on the low-speed shaft (10).
