The invention concerns a printing head for an ink-jet printer. Located on one side of a chip (12) is a row of nozzles (13) supplied with ink through an opening (14) in the chip, their heating elements being connected, by conductor tracks on the chip, with at least one contact strip (15, 16). The aim of the invention is to design the surface of the chip so that there are no unnecessary exposed areas. To this end, the surface of the chip is approximately triangular, the ink nozzles being disposed on one side of the triangle and a contact strip along each of the other two sides. |
