PURPOSE:To prevent data abnormality from being overlooked and to improve the reliability by providing the bit constitution of a unit word of digital data with sequence bits, and verifying the transition of the bit values and providing information for deciding the reliability of the data. CONSTITUTION:With the trailing edge of a strobe 5, DF/Fs 22 and 23 input bits S0' and S1' of sequence bits 4 and indicate sequence bits 4 of a last word. Then AND gates 24 - 26 inputs the outputs of the DF/Fs 22 and 23 and sequence bits S0' and S1', i.e. four bits in total and a logical value 1 is outputted when the combination of sequence bits are 0001, 0111, or 1100. An OR gate 27 ORs the outputs of the AND gates 24 - 26 and a DF/F 28 inputs and outputs the logical value at the timing of the strobe 5 and the logical value is 1 when data continues in order or 0 when the data are out of order. Consequently, even the absence and overlap of data in word units can be detected. |
