PURPOSE: To simply and successively adjust the entitled shears to be stable in function and different in a force transmitting ratio by guiding the pivotally attaching shaft of the coupler of a second hand lever in the state of being capable of shifting in a horizontal direction and fixing a position. CONSTITUTION: The pivotally attaching axis 12 of the coupler 10 of the second hand lever 5 is guided in the state of being capable of shifting in a horizontal direction and fixing a position. Pivotally attaching parts 6, 8 and pivotally attaching axes 11 and 12 constitutes a four-bar linking mechanism provided with transmission members (a) to (d), the member (a) is constituted of a driving arm 9 for a shearing blade 3 and the member (b) is constituted of the coupler 10. Then the members (a) to (c) of the four-bar linking mechanism are provided with a fixed operation length and the operation length of the member (d) varies within a prescribed range. Consequently, by varying the operation length of the member (d), the force transmission ratio of levers 4 and 5 to the shearing blades 2 and 3 can be varied by the four-bar linking mechanism. |
