PURPOSE:To easily collect a wire harness by arranging multiple electric wires on an electric wire collector, moving a wiring plate through a heating furnace, and deforming the electric wire collector by heating to collect electric wires. CONSTITUTION:An electric wire collector A is constituted of a collecting plate section 1 and a flexible hooking section 2 on its lower face, and the collecting plate section 1 and the flexible hooking section 2 are integrally formed with a thermoplastic synthetic resin material. An elastic gripping plate 3 with upward curl function extended in the longitudinal direction and made of metal is provided in the collecting plate section 1, and the collecting plate section 1 made of thermoplastic synthetic resin surpasses the curl function and maintains the flat shape of the elastic pinching plate 3 at the ordinary temperature. The electric wire collector A is deformed in the direction to grip electric wires W via the softening of thermoplastic resin when it is heated, and it is kept deformed in the collecting state when it is cooled after once deformed. A wire harness can be easily collected, and this is useful to automate the manufacture of the wire harness. |
