<p>PURPOSE: To provide a bandage free from skin irritation or the like, regardless of an everyday and frequent use for the same skin zone of a continent ostomy patient by applying the constitution that a soft hydro-colloid adhesive layer, a super-absorptive pad and a porous cover pad are overlapped in this order. CONSTITUTION: A bandage 10 is formed out of a soft hydro-colloid adhesive layer 12 with a plastic layer or a nonwoven fabric layer 20 attached to one side, a super-absorptive pad 14 attached to the side of the adhesive layer 12 opposite to the nonwoven fabric layer 20 and formed to have a smaller area than the adhesive layer 12, and a porous cover pad 16 overlaid on the pad 14, secured to the adhesive layer 12 around the boundary of the pad 14 and formed to have a larger area than the pad 14 but a smaller area than the adhesive layer 12. Also, a part of the adhesive layer 12 forms an adhesive zone around the cover pad 16, and keeps the bandage 10 sticky to a wearer's skin. According to this construction, the bandage 10 can be applied to a continent ostomy patient, and does not cause skin irritation or the like, even when frequently used for the same skin zone every day.</p> |
