发明名称 DEVICE FOR QUANTITATIVELY MEASURING AMOUNT OF AUTOMATIC GAS ABSORPTION
摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to quantitatively measure amount of gas absorption continuously and automatically, by amplifying fine displacement through a differential transformer by using a spring constant of a spring balance wherein the effect of temperature change on linear expansion coefficient and modulus of rigidity is small. CONSTITUTION:The diameter of lower part of a non-magnetic pressure container 1, which is enclosed in a constant temperature chamber 12, is shortened and the temperature of said lower part is controlled. The spring balance 2 in the container 1 is formed by a raw material such as quartz and machined tungsten, wherein sensitivity change of the linear expansion coefficient and the modulus of rigidity due to temperature change is small. A part to be measured 14 and a core 13 of the differential transformer 8 is provided at the lower part of the spring balance 2. The transformer 8 is moved up and down by a pinion gear 9 so as to set the zero point in the adjusted state. Then the air in the container 1 is evacuated through a hole 4, with the pressure reducing degree being read by a pressure sensing element 5. A valve 6 is closed. A gas medium is introduced into the container 1 with the valve 7 being adjusted. The fine displacement of the coil 2 utilizing the spring constant of the balance 2 corresponding to the gas absorption by the object to be measured 14 is amplified by the transformer 8. Thus the constant amount of the gas absorption is quantitatively measured continuously and automatically in the simple system.
