PURPOSE:To select fragrance according to taste and to also select the diffusion interval of fragrance and one diffusion amount thereof by mounting a plurality of aroma passages having an aroma generating parts and opening and closing devices and an aroma selection part and providing an aroma control part controlling the aforementioned opening and closing devices. CONSTITUTION:A fan 3 and an air purifying element 4 are mounted in a casing 1 equipped with a suction port 11 and a discharge port 12. Further, a plurality of aroma passages shortcircuiting the suction port 11 and discharge port 12 of the element 4 are provided to the casing 1 and aroma generating parts 71-73 generating different aromas are provided to the respective passages 61-63. An aroma control apparatus 9 provided with opening and closing devices 81-83 for opening and closing the respective passages 61-63 and equipped with an aroma selection part 91 controls the operating interval and operating time of one of the opening and closing devices 81-83 corresponding to the selected aroma passage. As a result, arbitrary fragrance can be easily selected according to taste and the diffusion interval and one diffusion amount of fragrance can be also selected and fragrance can be utilized in a sufficiently effective manner. |
