PURPOSE:To increase the extent of heat transfer per unit of area, and to enhance the reliability, by providing a liquid continuous flow member, on which sprinkled liquid can spread widely, below and along each low-fin tube that is used horizontally. CONSTITUTION:Liquid continuous flow members 6 comprising a thin metal plate with a smooth surface is attached below and along each of low-fin tubes located below a sprinkling apparatus 4 that contains the sprinkling liquid 5. Thus, when even a small amount of the sprinkling liquid is used, the liquid can moisten substantially all over the heat transfer surface of the low-fin tubes 3 so as to secure a moistened surface throughout the surface to a maximize the extent of heat transfer per unit of area. |
