<p>A photographic paper having a print retaining layer including a granular tooth providing ingredient in a binder polymer having a Tg of 30 to 65 °C which is the addition product of from about 30 to about 98 mol percent of an alkylmethacrylate wherein the alkyl group has from 3 to 8 carbon atoms, from a bout 2 to about 10 mol percent of an alkali metal salt of an ethylenically unsaturated sulfonic or carboxylic acid, from 0 to about 65 mol percent of a vinyl benzene monomer and from 0 to about 5 mol percent of a crosslinking agent containing two ethylenically unsaturated bonds.</p> |
