<p>The invention relates to the field of chemistry and more particularly of biological chemistry. The object of the invention is a rapid electroanalysis method for analysing biological liquids by cyclic voltametry with linear potential scanning on porous graphite electrode, the method consisting in subjecting the sample to be analysed, present in the graphite capillarity, without previous separation, after a first scanning of potentials, to a second scanning and optionally a third scanning back and forth and in recording the newly appeared peaks. The invention also relates to the voltametry device with graphite electrode used for implementing the electroanalysis method of the invention. Application of the method of the invention to the detection and/or metering in biological liquids of catabolites of neuromediators, of metabolism substances, of toxic or illicit substances.</p> |
