The dispensing arrangement contains a cylinder enclosed by a housing with an axially movable feed piston (11) with an axially parallel bore contg. a control piston (16). The control piston forms an inlet (14) with the cylinder end and an outlet (26) with the feed piston. The inlet and outlet are alternately opened and closed w.r.t. the cylinder chamber and feed piston by axial movement of the control piston.
