Elastic pipe at right angle across a wall - to provide better vibration barrier between pipe and wall

A pipe (12) which is located at right angle across a wall (26), is retained by a flexible sleeve (10) whose inside is tapered, so that only the outside end of the sleeve (14) is in contact with the pipe (12). A collar (18) at the opposite sleeve end, produces an external ring groove (22) for the location of an elastic, plastic flange bush (44). When the pipe location sleeve is installed, the plastic flange bush (44) obtains a press fit in the wall panel location hole. ADVANTAGE - Elastic pipe location sleeve across wall panel, provides improved vibration barrier between pipe and wall.
