PURPOSE:To detect easily and quickly a defect of a body to be inspected by preparing good-article image data from a plurality of radioscopic images and storing them and by computing differences between these data and radioscopic image data on the body to be inspected. CONSTITUTION:An radioscopic image of a body to be inspected which has fewer detects is displayed on a display 73 and an area of concern wherein the defects are concentrated is set. This area is replaced by a non-defect area corresponding thereto, so as to obtain a good-article image, and the data thereon are stored in a good-article image data storage element 35. Next, X-rays are applied on a body T to be inspected and radioscopic data thereon are inputted to an input image data storage element 33. Then, substraction of the data in the storage elements 35 and 33 is executed by a subtracter 39 and the result is stored in a difference image data storage element 37. Subsequently, an image processor 41 subjects these data to a binary-coding processing and then to processings such as picture area calculation, circularity measurement and filtering, and thus a defect is detected. |
