<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture a sheet having no crease stably by installing a laminated combination roll composed of a small-diameter single roll while the height of a bus-line is changed immediately before a laminated temporarily attached roll. CONSTITUTION:Tension up to contact bonding is adjusted by a tension adjusting roll 2 in an unwound metallic foil. Both surfaces of the stretched metallic foil are coated with adhesives, and the metallic foil is forwarded to a contact bonder 400, and laminated and combined with a graphite sheet as an underside by a combination roll 13. The combination roll 13 is mounted at a position higher than a bus-line at that time. The progressive direction of the graphite sheet is also bent by the roll 13, and the graphite sheet in an upper section is combined with the metallic foil by temporarily attached rolls 8. Accordingly, tensile strength (approximately 0.45kg/mm<2>) is reduced, an no crease is generated even in the laminating of the graphite sheets in broad width, thus allowing stable manufacture.</p> |
