<p>PURPOSE:To improve the productivity by piling up laminates prepd. by placing a metal foil on a metal sheet through a resin layer, furthermore laminating a required number of laminates and laminating and molding them while they are inserted between mold plates. CONSTITUTION:Laminates 4 prepd. by placing a metal foil 3 on a metal sheet 1 through a resin layer 2 are piled up by bringing them into contact with each other and a required number of a pair of laminates 6 piled up like this is furthermore piled up by bringing the metal sheets 1 into contact with each other and they are inserted between mold plates 6 and laminated and molded. By performing like this, laminates 4 each consisting of the metal sheet 1, the resin layer 2 and the metal foil 3 are piled up and furthermore, a required number of piled laminates 5 is inserted between the mold plates. It is, thereby possible to reduce the number of the mold plates and to obtain excellent molding efficiently without spoiling the characteristics of the laminates 4.</p> |
