PURPOSE:To render a finishing treatment unnecessary by fitting the periphery of a top board which is made with an injection hole reaching an appropriate place of the outer peripheral surface so that a gap is formed which has breadth corresponding to the breadth of a urethane edge and injecting liquid urethane resin from the exposed part of the injection hole and then releasing it from the mold after curing. CONSTITUTION:In the inner side surface of a rectangular frame-shaped mold 1 capable of being divided appropriately in the horizontal direction or vertical direction, a recessed groove 2 is formed in the horizontal direction and the peripheral part of an upside-down top board 3 is fitted properly into the recessed groove and between the outer periphery thereof and the recession of the recessed groove 2, a gap 4 is formed which has breadth corresponding to the breadth of a urethane edge to be formed. And, throughout somewhat inside direction of the mold 1 in the peripheral part of lower surface of the top board 3 and the approximately central part in the height direction in the outer peripheral surface of the nearest top board 3 thereto, an injection hole 5 is made therein. And, when liquid urethane resin is injected and thereafter cured from the exposure-opened part of the injection hole 5, an urethane edge 6 is formed fixedly in the outer peripheral surface of the top board 3 and thus an urethane branch 7 is formed in the injection hole 5. Whereby cutting work becomes unnecessary. |
