Use of a compound of formula (I) <CHEM> wherein R represents a hydrogen atom; a C1-4 alkyl group; a group COR<1> wherein R<1> represents amino or C1-4 alkoxy; or a group -CH2R<2> wherein R<2> represents a halogen atom, C1-4 alkylthio, or azido; and X and Y each independently represent -CH- or -N; or a physiologically acceptable salt, ester or other physiologically functional derivative thereof, for the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment or prophylaxis of neoplastic growth in an animal.
