<p>PURPOSE:To dispose free end sections of reinforcing nets securely by rolling in the free end sections of a couple of reinforcing nets into a recessed channel, molding a thin wall section forming material therein, forming a cover into which the reinforcing nets are inserted in a mold and separating the cover and the thin wall forming material. CONSTITUTION:When reinforcing nets 33 are set in a mold 41, loose end sections 34 of a couple of reinforcing nets 33 are rolled in a recessed channel 46 formed on said mold 41 corresponding to a thin wall section 25 of a cover 21 and a thin wall section forming material 50 is inserted therein, and the cover 21 in which the reinforcing nets 33 are molded in the mold 41. After that, the reinforcing nets 33 are separated from the thin wall section forming material 50 to form a thin wall section 25 of the cover 21. Thus, at the time of molding the cover 21, the generation of deviation of the positions of the loose end sections 34 is prevented by the pressure of a resin material to be injected into the mold. The loose end sections 34 of a couple of reinforcing nets 33 can be positioned in the given positions on both sides of the thin wall section 25 of the cover 21 by said arrangement.</p> |
