摘要

PURPOSE:To form vibration of large amplitude in a head part even in such a case that driving voltage of a piezoelectric vibrator is low by providing a vibration element wherein the piezoelectric vibrator is bonded to the base end surface of an amplifying horn whose leading end part becomes the head part. CONSTITUTION:The vibration generated in a piezoelectric vibrator 3 is amplified by an amplifying horn 2 and outputted to a propagation medium from a head part 1. As a result, even in such a case that the driving voltage applied to the piezoelectric vibrator 3 is low, vibration of large amplitude can be generated in the head part 1 and the efficiency of a digitizer can be enhanced.
