INJECTION MOLDING PROCESS FOR EVEN THIN WALL HOLLOW MOLDED PRODUCT

PURPOSE:To form the wall thickness uniformly and mold with beautiful outer appearance by using a mold provided with a molded product die cavity having an auxiliary cavity. CONSTITUTION:A mold provided with a molded product die cavity and an auxiliary cavity communicated with the molded product die cavity, and molten thermoplastic resin is injected into the molded product die cavity. Then, pressurized gas is injected into the molten resin, and a part of molten resin fat in the molded product die cavity is discharged into said auxiliary cavity under the dwell pressure applied by pressurized gas. A thin wall hollow molded product of even wall thickness can be manufactured by injection molding in said process.
