PURPOSE:To prevent the stagnation of fluid at the top edge part of a movable blade and improve efficiency by forming the shape of the front edge of the top edge part of a movable blade so that the angle in a specific skew direction and the effective skew quantity are set within a range surrounded by plural points. CONSTITUTION:The top edge surface 33 of a main movable blade 11 is shifted in the revolution direction axially at an angle S to the top edge surface 32 of a conventional movable blade 1. This direction is a skew direction, and the angle S is an angle, at which the top edge surface front edge of the main movable blade 11 advances in the revolution direction. While, the angle which the straight line connecting the front edges 37 and 36 of the sectional surface 35 and the top edge surface 33 of the main movable blade 11 on the skew reference surface, i.e., the effective skew line 38 forms with the straight line 39 vertical to the main shaft, is set as the effective skew quantity thetaseff. The shape of the top edge part front edge between the top edge surface 33 of the main movable blade 11 and the sectional surface close to the center part by the half of the blade chord length lt from the top edge surface 33 is set so that the angle S in the skew direction and the effective skew quantity thetaseff are within a range surrounded by four points A-D on the separatedly listed table.
