PURPOSE:To reduce the height of a body by a method wherein a heat exchange element, a blower for exhaust, and a blower for a feed are arranged, in order, from an opening and removably formed, the mounting and demounting direction of the heat exchange element is extended in a direction extending at right angles with the lamination direction of the heat exchange element, and the rotary shaft of each blower is mounted in a vertical direction. CONSTITUTION:When maintenance and inspection are effected, an inspection cover 21 mounted to an opening part 9 is removed, and a blower 16 for a feed and a blower 15 for exhaust mounted on the both sides of a body may be removed one by one through a space in a body 1 from which a heat exchange element containing frame 14 is removed. Since weight per one set is light, maintenance and inspection of the blower 15 for exhaust and the blower 16 for a feed can be easily and safely executed. The mounting and demounting direction of the heat exchange element 13 is extended in a direction extending at right angles with the lamination direction of the heat exchange element 13. Since, by mounting a motor 17 for exhaust and a motor 19 for a feed in a vertical direction, the heights of the blower 15 for exhaust and the blower 16 for a feed can be reduced, the height of the body 1 can be reduced. |
