<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the configuration by installing upright a pillar at each vertex of a polygonal base frame in symmetrical form, coupling the tops of these pillars together by a beam framing, arranging an angle rafter stretching upward in the center of each beam, and coupling the top of the angle rafter with a superposed bundling member. CONSTITUTION:An octagonal base frame is formed from eight straight base elements 11 made of wood, and a pillar 20 is installed upright at each vertex. A straight beam element 31 is coupled with the top of each pillar 20, and from them a beam framing 30 is constituted. At each crest 32, the lower tip of each angle rafter 40 is fixed to the beam framing 30, and the top is coupled with an octagonal superposed bundling member 50. Further, a purlin 61 and a rafter 62 are coupled between adjoining angle rafters 40, and a roof plate 63 is installed. The force applied to this beam framing 30 due to load on the roof is dispersed in six directions or more symmetrically, to largely reduce the force applied to each beam element 31. This eliminates use of aux. beam to lead to simplification of the configuration.</p> |
