摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the lead-contg. positive temp. coefficient thermistor in which the evaporation of PbO is suppressed and free from the generation of compositional irregularity by using ZeO2 contg. PbO and sintering a lead-contg. positive temp. coefficient thermistor. CONSTITUTION:The lead-contg. positive temp. coefficient thermistor is manufactured by using a ZrO2 setter contg., by weight, 1 to 30% PbO and 0 to 5% Y2O3. By this manufacturing method, a lead atmosphere is formed at the time of sintering because the setter contains lead, so that the evaporation of lead from an element assembly can be suppressed. Thus, a stable sintered body retaining the stoichiometric ratio can be obtd.
