TUBULAR ELEMENT MANUFACTURING DEVICE AND METHOD

PURPOSE: To certainly produce a tubular body from a monofoil or a composite foil at a certain production speed by heating a feed belt by high frequency to successively transfer the heat of the belt to a plastic foil and melting a plastic material to fuse the monofoil. CONSTITUTION: Mandrels 45 having a circular cross section are fixed on a substrate 10 to be extended at the same interval in the same direction as a heating means 23, a pressing means 24 and a cooling means 25. The heating means 23 has an inductively operative high frequency heating device pref. extended in its longitudinal direction and this device transfers heat generated under an operative condition to the lower running side 22 of a feed belt 20 and the upper running side 34 of the other metal feed belt 33 positioned under the belt 20. The pressing means 24 can apply variable pressing force to the inside of the lower running side 22 independently of the contact pressure of the heating means 23. The cooling means 25 consists of three cooling blocks 25a attached to a carrier plate 11 so as to be restricted in action in the direction vertical to a common holder.
