PURPOSE:To reduce man-hour without needing the crushing of the end of a long W coil filament which is wound around a mandrel by spirally winding it around a cylindrical winding frame consisting of chemicals-resistant materials, immersing this filament in a solution togehter with the winding frame, and dissolving the mandrel. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical winding frame 5 is composed of chemicals-resistant materials which are not corroded by the mandrel solution consisting of sulfuric acid, nitric acid, and water and a U-shaped groove 7 which spirally winds a W coil filament 6 on its outer surface is provided. While the W coil filament 6 with a W core 11 and a mandrel 12 is being wound in the primary coil 10 of a W strand 13 which is spirally wound in the groove 7 of this winding frame 5, it is immersed in the mandrel solution. The mandrel solution dissolves only the Mo mendrel 12 instead of the W core 11 and the strand 13. As a result, the intertwinement of both filaments can be prevented, their production be simplified and facilitated, and their man-hour sharply be reduced. |
