PURPOSE:To acknowledge a residual length precisely, by subtracting a let out length from a mean value in a raw paper length prior to use so as to obtain a residual length of a corrugated board, in a mill roll stand equipped with a raw paper control device which can aknowledge said residual length. CONSTITUTION:A mill roll stand is equipped with a mounting arm 2 on which a take-up raw paper is mounted at a machine base 1. A rotary shaft 3 which supports a taken-up raw paper is carried by the arm 2. This stand is provided with a raw paper control device including a rotation detector 4 attached to the rotary shaft 3, a measuring instrument 6 of let out length attached to a raw paper let out roller 5, and an arithmetic result display board 7 for operating and displaying a residual length of raw paper. The arithmetic result display board 7 operates a residual length Ln of a raw paper according to the formula shown to display its results, where a let out length of raw paper is ln, a number of rotation of the shaft 3 is n, a diameter of residual raw paper calculated depending on a let out length per rotation is Dn, the final raw paper diameter is d, and a raw paper diameter prior to use is DO. |
