TONER FOR DEVELOPING ELECTROSTATIC CHARGE IMAGE FOR FIXING WITH HOT ROLLER

摘要

PURPOSE:To prevent rear side staining phenomenon by incorporating cross- linkable unsatd. polyester resin having C-C double bonds as a binder and a specified amt. of org. peroxides taking part in a cross-linking reaction with the unsatd. polyester resin under heating as a cross-linking agent. CONSTITUTION:Resin contg. cross-linkable unsatd. polyester resin having C-C double bonds and undergoing cross-linking by the action of a cross-linking agent when heated with a hot roller is used as the binder of a toner and org. peroxides causing the cross-linking of the unsatd. polyester resin as an unreacted cross-linking agent are incorporated into the binder by 0.5-20 wt.% of the amt. of the unsatd. polyester resin. A colorant is further incorporated and additives are dispersed as required. Satisfactory fixing can be carried out and rear side staining phenomenon is prevented.
