PURPOSE:To improve error rates by exchanging at least two data strings among data strings which are error-corrected and encoded in the arbitrary point of one block, modulating and transmitting them on a transmission-side, demodulating them on a reception-side, inversely converting them in correspondence with the conversion of the transmission-side and error-correcting and demodulating them. CONSTITUTION:A transmission data string conversion circuit 102 is provided for the transmission-side and a reception data string conversion circuit 202 is provided for the reception-side. The data strings whose numbers of digits are detached are exchanged in the arbitrary point of one block in the transmission data string conversion circuit 102. Thus, the bit error rates of two exchanged data strings are averaged. Consequently, the total of the error-corrected bit error rates proportional to the square of the bit error rates becomes smaller than before exchange. Then, respective data strings are sequentially and repeatedly exchanged and therefore the error rates of respective data strings is set to be one averaged value. Thus, the bit error rates of the whole data strings become small. |
