<p>PURPOSE:To effectively discard muddy water, sludge, etc., at a low cost by mixing natural fuel into the muddy water, etc., before mechanically dehydrated, homogeneously mixed and kneading the mixture, then mechanically dehydrating the product to an appropriate water content, granulating the material and burning the grains to produce an inorg. artificial lightweight aggregate. CONSTITUTION:An appropriate amt. of natural fuel is mixed into the concd. muddy water and sludge 9, and the mixture is agitated and homogeneously mixed. The product is dehydrated by a filter press 21 into cake 29, which is sent to an extruder 26 and granulated into grains of specified size. The natural fuel and org. matter in the grains are burned in a kiln 30 to sinter the remaining inorg. components such as SiO2 and Al2O3. The inorg. components are sintered by the combustion heat of the natural fuel, and an inorg. artificial lightweight aggregate is obtained. Consequently, the waste is effectively utilized, and the economical value is added.</p> |
