PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of the torque of a motor by 2-sensor system by a method wherein rotating phase detectors are provided at the inside of the inner diameter of the circumference of the magnetized section of a rotating magnet or on the inner peripheral surface of the same. CONSTITUTION:Six pieces of armature coils 7a, 7b, 11a, 11b, 7e, 7f and two sets of rotating phase detectors 8a, 8b are secured to the surface of a fixed yoke at the side of a rotating magnet. The rotating magnet 2 is magnetized so as to have rectangular wave and the armature coils 11a, 11b are formed so as to be short coils while rotating phase detectors 8a, 8b are arranged in a gap formed at the inside of the armature coils. In this case, the output of the rotating phase detector forms a sine wave at the inside (ri) of the rotating magnet, a rectangular wave at the central part (rc) of the same and a waveform in which three-dimensional high-frequency component is large, as shown by a diagram, at the outside (r0). According to this method, 2-sensor system motor may be driven without generating any deterioration of the torque of a motor output whereby a 3-phase semiconductor motor, inexpensive and having a high performance may be obtained. |
