PURPOSE:To arrange key levers at equal intervals and to equalize their operating forces by providing a musical sound synthesizing circuit which synthesizes a string sound with an interval corresponding to an operated key lever and a touched string and an output circuit which outputs the synthesized sound. CONSTITUTION:The vibration of a touched string 2 is picked up by a corresponding piezoelectric element among piezoelectric elements 5a - 5d and when a switch 6 corresponding to a pressed key lever 3 is turned on, a microcomputer 71 calculates the frequency division rate of a variable frequency divider corresponding to the touched string 2 among frequency dividers 73a - 73d and the variable frequency divider outputs a signal of frequency corresponding to the string 2 and key lever 3. Then the corresponding timbre filter among timbre filters 74a - 74d shapes the waveform to generate a musical sound signal corresponding to the characteristic of the string 2 and key lever 3 and the signal is amplified by an amplifier 81 and then outputted from a speaker 82. Consequently, key levers 3 can be arranged at equal intervals, the operating force of the key lever 3 only needs to be large enough to turn on the switch 6, and the operating forces of all the key levers 3 can be equalized. |
