<p>PURPOSE:To analyze the control in a more accurate, quick and detailed way by storing the change data together with the information on the time when the state changes are produced to various external equipments set against a controller as well as the internal control signal of the controller. CONSTITUTION:A change detecting part 13 checks whether the current data stored in an updated data memory 11 changed or not to the input/output data and/or the internal control data stored in a preceding data memory 12. Then the change latest input/output data and/or the internal control data are outputted as the change data. This change data is stored in a change data storage part 16 together with the time information given from a clock device 15. Thus it is possible to know each operation of manufacturing processes of a production plant without loading a high order controller 100.</p> |
