<p>PURPOSE:To input an insurance-based medical treatment code with no consciousness of the insurance type by deciding the medical treatment code based on the insurance information on a relevant patient after input of a common medical treatment master code. CONSTITUTION:A code deciding part 1 identifies the insurance type based on the registered insurance information 22 on a relevant patient and then converts a master code 20 of an inputted prescribed medical treatment into an insurance- based medical treatment code 21 by reference to a conversion file 4. Thus, the common master code 20 is inputted and converted into the code 21 in response to the insurance type of the patient. Then the reference is possible to the data registered for each insurance. Thus, an operator is required to use just a single type of medical treatment code nor to be conscious of the change of a point system.</p> |
