PURPOSE:To obtain the speed controller which does not vary in speed signal level even if the output of a linear sensor varies by converting the output of the linear sensor into a pulse train which is proportional to its output frequency and generating a speed signal. CONSTITUTION:The linear sensor outputs two phase signals SS1 and SS2 as the position function of a movable part which moves linearly and a both-edge detecting circuit ED detects and puts the leading and trailing edges of the signals SS1 and SS2 together to output a pulse train signal D. Then a monostable multivibrator M/M inputs the signal D to generates a rectangular wave signal E and an F/F circuit inputs the signals SS1 and SS2 to generate a signal C. This signal C is 'L' when the phase of the signal SS1 is advanced or 'H' when delayed to control the ON/OFF state of an analog switch AS1, which switches the input voltage of an AS2 to the positive or negative polarity. Then the AS2 is turned on and off with the signal E to output a speed signal through an LPF, thereby preventing the level of a signal SV from varying even if the sensor level varies. |
