<p>PURPOSE:To simplify work and enhance efficiency by insulating a stud and a flange from each other at the penetration section of the sheathed tank flange on the one side of studs, and by connecting a surge absorbing element to a space between the head section of the insulated stud and a fitting bolt fitted on the flange. CONSTITUTION:At an intermediate position between the studs 6, 6 of a flange 2a, a fitting bolt 11 is fitted, and to a space between the fitting bolt 11 and the stud 6, a surge absorbing element Z is connected. When a sheathed tank 16 is brought to be moved by induction surge, then the surge flows to the discharge circuit of a flange 2b - the stud 6 - the surge absorbing element Z - the flange 2a, and the induction surge is effectively suppressed by discharging the surge with the surge absorbing element Z. Also, the induction surge absorbing element Z is fitted on the side surface of the flange 2a, together with the stud 6, in parallel with each other, and so fitting work is facilitated.</p> |
