DATA-RECORDING DEVICE FOR MECHANICALLY HIGHLY STRESSED BODIES

A battery-fed data recording device for high mechanical loads, particularly accelerations, is described. Analog signal (AI) or digital data (DI) are supplied via converters (103) or (118) to a clocked controller (104) and are read out via this controller and a RAM data memory (105) at an interface (108) after the dynamic loading. A tried use of the data recording device exists in the research and development of munition bodies and their safety systems; after the body has been fired, the device is retrieved and the data are then read out.
