The cast iron pipe is produced by applying centrifugal force to a downgate. The rotation velocity of molding is 1000-1200 rpm, the injection temperature of the downgate is 1650-1750 deg.C, and the injection velocity of the down gate is 9-10 kg/sec. The advantage is a homonegeneity of iron pipe thickness dimensinal stability, structural homogeneity, a good solidification velocity, a low strain rate or foaming property.
