PURPOSE:To prevent a spoke head from slipping out and facilitate assembly by bending a spoke with the length approximately twice as usual in a V- or U- shaped form, providing screws on both ends, fitting a bent section in a hub wheel section, and screwing both screw sections on a rim. CONSTITUTION:A spoke shaft 3 with the length twice as much as conventionally is bent in a V- or U-shaped form at its center and a bent section 5 is fit in the hub hole 8 of a hub 7. A screw section 4 on both ends of the spoke 3 is fastened onto a rim 2 through a nipple 6. In this case, the spoke 3 may be bent so as to form the angles 45 to 105 degrees for its linear direction after it is bent perpendicular to the hub wheel 8. Thus, the digging molding of the head of the spoke 3 is eliminated. As a result, the head can be prevented from slipping out and the wire selection of the spoke be facilitated during assembly. |
