PURPOSE:To improve chemical resistance by coating a ring made of rubber, ranging form inside periphery end face to both sides, with lining material integrally, in the conditions that the inside periphery end face of the ring made of rubber has stuck fast to the inner bottom face of the ring-shaped bottom part of the lining material. CONSTITUTION:Thin lining material 3, which is adhering in layer state to a ring 1 made of rubber ranging from the inside periphery to both sides integrally, consists of fluororesin of ethylene tetrafluoride-propylene hexafluoride copolymer such as FEP, PFA, etc. The inside periphery bottom part has a flat inside bottom face of small width approximately equal to the thickness of the ring 1 made of rubber. Moreover, the outside bottom face is made into a smooth 3c ring-shaped part 3a, and this is stuck fast to the inside periphery end face of the ring 1 made of rubber, and also circular side parts 3b, which are made in dimensions a little smaller than the width between the inside diameter and the outside diameter of the side face of the ring 1 made of rubber, are constructed integrally toward the outside diameter from both side ends of this ring-shaped part 3a, and the circular side parts 3b are bonded integrally to both sides of the ring 1 made of rubber so as to constitute a gasket. |
