PURPOSE:To obtain the title coating material having excellent adhesiveness and noncorrosiveness to a metal base material and excellent bondability with polyolefin and imparting slipperiness to a coating surface by dissolving or dispersing a bisphenol epoxy resin, a curing agent, specified polyolefin resin particles and a specified lubricating agent in an org. solvent. CONSTITUTION:A bisphenol epoxy resin (e.g. 'Epon 1007' manufactured by Yuka Shell Epoxy Co., Ltd.), a curing agent for the resin (e.g. a resol phenol resin), polar polyolefin resin particles (e.g. carboxyl grafted PP particles) and a lubricating agent with an m.p. of 90 deg.C or higher (e.g. Teflon(R)-modified PE wax) are dissolved or dispersed in an org. solvent (e.g. a mixed solvent of butyl Cellosolve and xylene). |
