PURPOSE:To execute the positioning with high accuracy and smoothly by switching a motor (servo-motor) to position control by an external positioning stop signal in the course of operation by speed control, moving it smoothly by a prescribed quantity without stopping on the way, and bringing it to servo- lock. CONSTITUTION:The controller consists of a speed, position F/B signal generator 4, a deviation counter 5, a position control amplifier 7, a changeover switch 10 for switching speed control and position control, a speed control part 11, and an arithmetic part 16 for calculating the positioning quantity E and the speed F/B. In such a state, by an external positioning stop signal 15, the speed control is switched to the position control, the motor is moved by the positioning quantity E inputted in advance, moved smoothly without stopping on the way after the speed control is switched to the position control, and brought to servo- lock. In such a way, positioning is executed with high accuracy, and an operation until a stop becomes smooth. |
