Adhesive tape dispenser comprising a casing in which an annular reel of tape is mounted so as to rotate. The annular reel 7 of tape is mounted so as to float on at least two bearing means 6 and 8-8a rigidly attached to the casing, the said bearing means 6 and 8-8a engaged in the central orifice of the reel 7 having parallel axes X-X1 and Y-Y1 extending transversely between the side walls 1a, 1b of the casing 1 and being arranged on either side of the centre of the circumference of the central orifice of the reel. The invention is used for dispensing and cutting adhesive tape. <IMAGE>
