The lock comprises, arranged coaxially in a stator (3), an outer rotor (4), a bit (5), an inner rotor (6) and disengageable connection means (7) between the bit (5) and the rotors. The connection means (7) comprise a driving member (8) capable of sliding in a bore (9) of the stator and arranged between the bit (5) and one of the rotors. The driving member (8) and the bit (5) have front walls facing one another, and means for coupling in rotation (20) are provided on the said front walls up to the level of the surface of the bore. These coupling means (20) are engaged or disengaged by means of a relative translational movement between the driving member (8) and the bit (5), whilst retractable means for blocking the bit in rotation (26) are provided in the stator (3) and can project into the bore (9). When the driving member (8) is uncoupled from the bit, the blocking means (26) can, as a result of a displacement, cooperate with the means (25) for the front coupling of the bit (5) in order to block the latter. <IMAGE>
